Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We ship to addresses within Germany and selected international locations. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping (Germany):

  • Standart shipping for coupons (1-3 business days): 1€
  • Standart shipping for other items (1-3 business days): May vary, maximum 5,50€.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and any customs processing times for international orders.


Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers for domestic and international shipments:

  • DHL
  • Hermes

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Germany, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once your shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for further information on possible charges.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs processing, or delays by the shipping carrier. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@salsatanzenmunich.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
