Refund policy
1. Validity of Gift Coupons
Gift coupons purchased through Salsa Tanzen Munich have a validity period of one year from the date of purchase. Coupons must be redeemed within this period; after one year, the coupon expires and can no longer be used. No refunds will be issued for expired gift coupons.
2. Refunds for Courses and Services
At Salsa Tanzen Munich, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality dance courses and exceptional service. However, if you are not satisfied with a course for which you have registered, please contact us at info@salsatanzenmunich.com, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
- Gift Coupons: Gift coupons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Dance Courses: Refunds for courses are only provided under exceptional circumstances, such as class cancellations by the academy or documented medical reasons preventing participation.
- Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a subscription, please do so before the next billing cycle.

5. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
